Reese Witherspoon

Reese Witherspoon was born on March 22, 1976 in New Orleans, USA, in a family of physicians. At seven years old girl first appeared on television in commercials, and in 11 years has won the competition for young talents held in their state.

Witherspoon first acting job was the main role in the movie "Man on the Moon" (1991). Followed him her movies ("Caught in the sand", "Japanese policeman") for five years did not find very popular with viewers. Everything changed after the release of the comedy "Legally Blonde" (2001). This role brought the actress nomination for the award "Golden Globe". In 2008, after seven years of marriage, Witherspoon divorced. At the same time she began dating actor Jake Gillenholom, however, and this alliance lasted only a couple of years.

Witherspoon owns a production company, Type A Films, is actively involved in various charitable organizations. Since 2007, Reese is the face of cosmetics brand Avon.
