Kurylenko was born November 14, 1979 in the south of Ukraine. Her family was not rich - in addition to Olga lived in a small apartment of her aunt, uncle, grandmother, grandfather and cousin. When parents divorce, the girl stayed with her mother and grandmother.
As a child, Olga studied English, piano and studied ballet. At age 13 he moved with his mother in Moscow, and in 16 years has left to work in Paris, where he signed a contract with the agency Madison.

Olga first appeared in a movie starring in low-budget erotic film L'Annulaire, but became known as an actress only after the film "Paris, je t'aime", playing in tandem with Elijah Wood. In January 2008, Kurylenko was cast for the role of Bond girl in the next 007 film "Quantum of Solace".
In 1999, Olga married her friend, French photographer Cedric Van Mol and became a citizen of France, but three years later the couple divorced. In 2006 again she married Damian Gabrielle and again unsuccessfully - a year later they parted.
